Onsite Technician Visit

The onsite technician visit includes:

• Travel to the customer’s premises
• Inspection, testing, and diagnosis of the device
• General repairs

If spare parts are required, additional charges may apply and will be payable on-site. However, spare parts will be covered under warranty provided that:

• the device is less than 12 months old, and
• the issue falls within the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Once the order is made, the service will be scheduled within a week.
