Chiller Internal System & Pipe Flush

Over time, biofilm, slime, and mineral buildup can accumulate inside the pipes and pump of your chiller system. This buildup reduces water flow, stresses the pump, causes false flow sensor errors, and ultimately impacts cooling performance. Our In-House Deep Desliming Service fully restores the internal circulation system by thoroughly cleaning it with a 24-hour chemical flush in our workshop.

• Full System Assessment:
  Once your chiller arrives at our workshop, we inspect the internal flow circuit to confirm contamination and assess the condition of internal components.

• 24-Hour Chemical Circulation:
  We connect your chiller to our industrial-grade cleaning setup and circulate a specially formulated cleaning solution continuously for 24 hours, targeting slime, biofilm, algae, and scale deposits inside all water-contact surfaces, including pipes, pump, and heat exchanger.

• Flush & Neutralization:
  After cleaning, the system is thoroughly flushed with fresh water to remove all chemical residue.

• Flow Testing & Inspection:
  We re-prime the system and perform a full flow rate and cooling performance test to confirm restored operation.

• Optional Add-ons:

  • Full Chiller Service & Internal Dust Cleaning
